Why I Started This

I’ve spent years inside charter schools — as a founder, as an advisor, as someone who has watched schools with transformative academic visions struggle not because their mission was weak, but because families couldn’t find them.

The application was strong. The model was solid. The educators were passionate. But the school sat half-full while the families who needed exactly what it offered were somewhere else — unaware it even existed.

I founded KP Charter Kollective to close that gap. To be the strategic partner that founders and school leaders actually need — not a generic marketing agency, not a logo shop. A growth architect who understands the charter landscape from the inside out.

What I Bring to This Work

My background sits at the intersection of education, marketing strategy, and systems design. I understand what Georgia’s Board of Education looks for in a petition — because I’ve navigated that process. I understand what families need to hear before they say yes — because I’ve built the messaging that made it happen. I understand what enrollment systems need to look like to produce steady, predictable results — because I’ve built them from scratch.

I’ve worked with schools across Georgia and the Southeast to secure funding, build brands families trust, design STREAM and personalized learning models, and create enrollment infrastructure that fills classrooms. Over $15M in funding supported. 300+ new students added. 96% client satisfaction.

What I Believe About Charter Schools

Charter schools exist because communities needed something different. They are built by people who refused to accept that the status quo was good enough for the families they serve. That mission matters — deeply.

But mission without visibility is just a private conviction. The families who need your school most are often the hardest to reach. They’re busy. They’re skeptical of institutions. They’ve been promised things before. You have to earn their trust — and that starts long before they walk through your door.

My work is about making sure the schools that deserve to grow actually do. Every seat that goes unfilled is a family that didn’t get access to something that could have changed their child’s life. I take that seriously.

How I Work

I take on a limited number of engagements at a time — not because I’m exclusive, but because every school I work with gets the strategic depth it deserves. I don’t hand your project off to a junior team member. When you work with KP Charter Kollective, you work with me.

I start every engagement with a diagnostic before I build anything. I need to understand your school’s story, your community, your academic model, and where families are currently disconnecting. Strategy built without that foundation isn’t strategy — it’s guesswork.

I communicate directly. I tell you what I actually think, not what you want to hear. And I hold the work to the same standard I’d hold it to if it were my name on the door.
