Helping schools open their doors and fill their seats.
Everything a founding team needs to open strong and fill seats: enrollment strategy, brand, web design, and the systems to run it all. One person, every step of the way.
ABOUT KP CHARTER KOLLECTIVE
Built From the Ground Up, One School at a Time
KP Charter Kollective is a boutique charter school consulting firm founded by a former LPN who traded the exam room for enrollment strategy and edtech. What started as one founder helping one school has grown into a firm serving founding teams and established schools across North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Alabama, and Florida, still run by the same person who answers the phone. KPCK specializes in:
Enrollment Strategy
Brand Identity
Website Design
Social Media & Content
SchoolStack
Parent Coordinator Training
Campaign & Launch Systems
Fractional Marketing Leadership

Low Enrollment, Short Waitlists, No Identity?
Families, candidates, and your broader community don’t act right away. They need to:
Be aware of who you are and what makes your charter different
Understand your programs, culture, and benefits for their child
Feel a desire or reason to enroll, apply, work, or stay engaged
Take action: enroll, join the waitlist, apply, attend events, show up
As a charter school leader, you can take pride in knowing you're shaping your students' futures for good.
But you're probably asking the harder questions too. How do you reach more of the families in your community? How do you turn empty seats into a waitlist your board takes seriously, one that makes the case for a bigger campus? How do you help parents see the future your school is building for their kids before they ever walk through the doors?
The answer isn't just marketing.
It's enrollment strategy. It's a brand and a site families trust on sight. It's the KPCK Suite running quietly in the background so none of it falls apart after launch.
We've helped schools across the country build the funnels, the brand identity, and the community presence that turn interest into applications, applications into enrolled families, and enrolled families into the waitlist your board can't ignore.

Some of My Favorite Work:
FAQ:
-
Most agencies treat charter schools like any other small business. I don't. I've sat inside charter launches, seen what actually drives enrollment, and built every strategy, website, and campaign around how families really choose a charter school, not a generic playbook.
-
It depends on where you're starting. A brand and website build usually runs a few weeks to a couple months. Enrollment campaigns are ongoing, they need runway to actually move the needle before a deadline, not a rush job the month before applications close. When you reach out, I'll walk you through a realistic timeline based on where you are.
-
No. I work with founders at every stage, from pre-authorization planning through schools already open and trying to grow enrollment. If you're not sure where you fall, reach out and we'll figure it out together.

SchoolStack (formerly the KPCK Suite) is the platform I built because charter schools kept getting stuck stitching together tools that weren't made for them. It's three pieces: Enroll for admissions, Hub for marketing, and KP Scholars for student data (currently in beta). It's a separate product from consulting, not automatically bundled in, but if you're already working with me on strategy or enrollment, it's worth asking whether SchoolStack fits into what we're building together.
-
Before I give you a number, I need to actually understand your school: where you are in the launch or enrollment process, what you've already tried, what's working and what isn't, and what you're realistically able to take on right now. That happens in a conversation, not a form. From there, I put together a scope and quote that matches your actual situation instead of a generic package.
