CEO & FOUNDER
Kristina Peck
Kristina Peck is an award-winning strategic marketing executive, education advocate, and the visionary founder of KP Charter Kollective — a national consulting firm supporting charter schools with enrollment growth, branding, grant funding, and long-term sustainability.
A former nurse turned entrepreneur, Kristina brings a rare blend of compassion, operational rigor, and marketing excellence to every project she leads. After stepping away from healthcare to be more present with her family, Kristina launched a marketing agency that quickly earned recognition as one of the Southeast’s best — helping high-growth brands, founders, and schools clarify their voice, scale their impact, and hit ambitious goals.
Over the last several years, she has served as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer for education organizations and mission-driven companies, leading cross-functional campaigns that have generated millions in revenue and funding for her clients. Her work has directly contributed to the successful launch and turnaround of multiple charter schools, including branding, enrollment strategy, website development, and partnership growth.
Kristina was named one of Charlotte’s Top 30 Under 30, and is an 8x award-winning CMO, recognized for her impact across education, business, and community leadership.
At KP Charter Kollective, Kristina leads with strategy, systems thinking, and a relentless commitment to equity — helping schools move from vision to visibility and from approved to fully enrolled.

As Co-Founder of KP Charter Kollective and the visionary behind The Simple Vue Academy in Cobb County, Georgia, Nandi is leading the charge to reimagine what equitable, community-centered schooling can look like.
A proud native of Cobb County, Nandi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College and her Master’s in Educational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. The Simple Vue Academy is grounded in hands-on learning, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and early leadership development. Nandi’s vision is to create a school where students are not only academically strong, but empowered, creative, and deeply connected to their identity and community.
At KP Charter Kollective, Nandi brings her experience as a school founder and instructional leader to support schools in developing equitable systems, visionary leadership models, and mission-aligned growth strategies that last.
